To ensure food safety and the quality of our products, we have chosen not to include puff pastry in our boxes. This also allows you to select the best pastry according to your preferences or even make your own for a more personal touch!

DEFROSTING TIP: Let the Pastéis de Belém thaw in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Do not refreeze after defrosting. 🚨
PREPARATION METHOD: Place the frozen pastéis de nata on a rack and bake at 200°C in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.

Can I return a product after receiving it?
Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, especially in response to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns of food products that are no longer in their original, unopened packaging. If the box has been opened, we are unable to accept the return to ensure the safety of all our customers.
